MSX HITBIT HB-20P Sony
This is a 8 bit computer used to play games.

You have to connect it to a television set. It uses an external power supply int=AC 220v and out= DC 6v 900mA, AC 16v 160mA.

Manofactured in 1984 was a typical home computer by Sony corporation.

The software is loaded by tape or by ROM cartridge , it have two slots for cartridges, two analogic joystick ports and one serial port usually used for printers.

The main failure for this kind of computer is the keyboard, the plastic contacts wears out and it’s a very difficult fix.
It have Basic language in ROM, but you can load some others by cartridge.

Here you have some BASIC commands:
 
LIST List the source code of the loaded program.
RUN Runs your program.
AUTO Increments automatically the line numbers for your program.
SAVE "name" Saves your program on tape.
LOAD "name",R
BLOAD "name",R
RUN "cas:"
Load and Run the first program on tape.
MOTOR ON/OFF Turns on or off the tape motor.
CLS Clears the screen.

A sample BASIC program:

10 CLS
20 PRINT “WWW.SORGONET.COM”
30 GOTO 20

RUN

ctrl + Stop to stop the program.

We've got a problem using the tape, it did not play, looking the wires we saw one of them not properly conected, and we had to solder it with tin.
Now it's time to look more inside of this great 8 bit computer, let's open it!
Take off all cover screws and then press ussing the screwer as shown in the image, be carefull and do not force it too much.
